If you want reliable cleaning services in Dubai, you should follow some terms and conditions for a better experience.
Payment
When we complete our work, you will pay after this. If you want extra cleaning, the price of services is also changed. You will pay extra money for extra work. You can pay through cash, mobile apps, and bank transfer. When you book your service, you will pay 25% as a down payment.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you want to cancel our service, you should tell us within 24 hours. Sometimes, if you tell us about your cancellation before the 24 hours are complete, we will charge a 10% fee. And if you change your service within 24 hours, we don’t take any extra charges.
Customer and site requirements
When our team arrives, you should remove all sensitive items. Electricity and water are available at cleaning time. You or your family member should be available at cleaning time, and you should avoid any other work during home cleaning, because it can be a waste of time and affect the quality. If the cleaning area is unsafe, we will refuse to work.
Unrealistic expectations
Our experts are not responsible for some unrealistic expectations, like some stains are stubborn and need more than one cleaning. If you use low-quality material in your home, any damages, weak fabrics, and previous poor repairs will affect your home’s color because we are not miracle workers.
